This painting portrays a pair of Hawaiian Lionfish, a type of Lionfish in the Scorpionfish family, in lifelike and anatomically accurate detail - even down to the exact number of spines on each fish. A portion of proceeds from sales of Hawaiian Lions is donated to the preservation of Hawaii's marine life and endangered coral reef habitats.
